Parmesan Ranch Cobb Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cups butter lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces
- ¾ cups diced tomatoes
- ¾ cups blue cheese, crumbled
- 5-6 slices of cooked, thick bacon
- ¾ avocado, cubed
- I hard boiled egg, halved
- 1/3 cup sliced red onion
- Shirlie Jayne’s Parmesan Ranch salad dressing
- 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
How to Prepare
- Platter lettuce to cover platter.
- Arrange with sliced chicken, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, egg, tomatoes and red onion.
- Top with Shirlie Jayne’s Parmesan Ranch salad dressing.
- Sprinkle with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
