Shirlie has been in catering for over 27 years. She began experimenting with salad dressings and marinades in the last five years. As a caterer of renown in the Los Angeles area, she fed as few as ten people at a time, and as many as 10,000. She began experimenting with salad dressings and marinades in the last five years. She has proudly served ABC Sports, the Rose Parade, ESPN, the Rose Bowl, HGTV, NBC, the Golf Channel, Lockheed Martin, Dole Packaged Foods, the Tournament of Roses, NetZero, Univision, the Tracy Morgan Show, Henry Winkler, and President Bill Clinton. Shirlie used her friends and family as the taste-testers (lucky them!), and as a result of their distinctive palettes, she developed an entire line of quality delectable products. 

Recently, she is joined in her efforts by her daughter Jenna. They have worked as a mother/daughter duo before and are back at it again, because they make the perfect team. Jenna left the working world three years ago to become a stay-at-home mother of two boys under three. Their efforts are a labor of love and their desire to make a difference in the world is evidenced by turning back some of their profits to charity.
