Kale Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale, thinly sliced
- 1 cup romaine, chopped
- 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup canned drained garbanzo beans
- ½ cup pitted Kalamata sliced
- ½ cup Persian cucumber, small diced
- ¼ cup Italian parsley leaves
- Shirlie Jayne’s Cranberry Poppy Seed salad dressing
- 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
How to Prepare
- In a large bowl, add kale, romaine, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, Kalamata olives and cucumber.
- Toss with Shirlie Jayne’s Cranberry Poppy Seed salad dressing.
- Season with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
- Garnish with Italian parsley.
