Green Goddess Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds cooked chicken breast, cut in 4 pieces
  • 4 cups wild green lettuces
  • 4 pieces bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
  • ¾ avocado, cubed
  • ¾ cup feta cheese
  • 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and cut in half
  • 1/3 cup sliced red onion
  • Shirlie Jayne’s Green Goddess salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning

How to Prepare

  1. On serving plate, cover with wild green lettuces.
  2. Top with chicken, bacon, avocado, feta, egg and red onion.
  3. Drizzle with Shirlie Jayne’s Green Goddess salad dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
