Green Goddess Cobb Salad
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds cooked chicken breast, cut in 4 pieces
- 4 cups wild green lettuces
- 4 pieces bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
- ¾ avocado, cubed
- ¾ cup feta cheese
- 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and cut in half
- 1/3 cup sliced red onion
- Shirlie Jayne’s Green Goddess salad dressing
- 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
How to Prepare
- On serving plate, cover with wild green lettuces.
- Top with chicken, bacon, avocado, feta, egg and red onion.
- Drizzle with Shirlie Jayne’s Green Goddess salad dressing.
- Sprinkle with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
