Green Goddess Arugula Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ¾ avocado, chopped
  • ¾ cup feta cheese
  • 1/3 cups toasted pine nuts
  • Shirlie Jayne’s Green Goddess salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning

How to Prepare

  1. In a large bowl, combine arugula, feta, tomatoes, avocado and pine nuts.
  2. Toss with Shirlie Jayne’s Green Goddess salad dressing.
  3. Sprinkle with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
  4. Top with feta cheese.
