Green Goddess Arugula Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ¾ avocado, chopped
- ¾ cup feta cheese
- 1/3 cups toasted pine nuts
- Shirlie Jayne’s Green Goddess salad dressing
- 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
How to Prepare
- In a large bowl, combine arugula, feta, tomatoes, avocado and pine nuts.
- Toss with Shirlie Jayne’s Green Goddess salad dressing.
- Sprinkle with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
- Top with feta cheese.
