Chicken Satay with Asian Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breast or thighs
  • Shirlie Jayne’s Asian Peanut salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger (optional)

How to Prepare

  1. Cut chicken in 1 ½ inch chunks.
  2. Season with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning and ginger (optional).
  3. Skewer chicken and brush with oil.
  4. Grill or saute until done.
  5. Serve with an individual bowl of Shirlie Jayne's Asian Peanut salad dressing for dipping.
