Chicken Satay with Asian Peanut Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breast or thighs
- Shirlie Jayne’s Asian Peanut salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
- 1 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
How to Prepare
- Cut chicken in 1 ½ inch chunks.
- Season with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning and ginger (optional).
- Skewer chicken and brush with oil.
- Grill or saute until done.
- Serve with an individual bowl of Shirlie Jayne's Asian Peanut salad dressing for dipping.
