Blue Cheese Wedge Salad
Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce, cut in wedges
- 8 pieces of bacon, cooked and diced in large pieces
- 1 ½ large tomato diced
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled (can with substitute Gorgonzola)
- Shirlie Jayne’s Blue Cheese salad dressing
- 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
- Walnut or Pecan halves (optional)
How to Prepare
- Assemble on plate starting with lettuce wedge
- Top with cooked bacon pieces, diced tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles.
- Coat to of wedge with Shirlie Jayne’s Blue Cheese salad dressing.
- Sprinkle Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
- Can add toasted walnut or pecan halves.
