Balsamic Tangerine Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 1/2 c separated Shirlie Jayne’s Balsamic Tangerine salad dressing and marinade
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
How to Prepare
- Season chicken with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Seasoning.
- Place chicken in a zip lock and marinate it with Shirlie Jayne’s Balsamic Tangerine salad dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 – 4 hours.
- Heat oil then sauté chicken on both sides until done.
- Once chicken is done, add an additional ¼ cup Shirlie Jayne’s Balsamic Tangerine to the pan and heat until bubbling and thick about 2 minutes.
