Avocado Almond Spinach Salad
A crunchy refreshing combination of sweet and savory flavors of spinach, avocado, toasted almonds, and cranberries topped with a Shirlie Jayne's light Balsamic Tangerine Dressing.
Ingredients
- 4 Cups fresh baby spinach
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 cup dried cranberries or cherries
- Shirlie Jayne's Balsamic Tangerine Dressing
How to Prepare
- Place spinach in a bowl and toss with Shirlie Jayne's Balsamic Tangerine Dressing to taste.
- Distribute between 4 salad plates.
- Artfully arrange the avocados, dried fruit, and sliced almonds on top
- Serve with a small bowl of extra dressing if desired
